Many capital cities can envy Prague its surprising diversity. Just go from the National Museum along Vinohradská třída to Želivského Metro station and suddenly a view of the future opens up before you. On the border of Strašnice, this unique complex of greenery, residential, commercial and administrative buildings, called Hagibor, is being created.
The 21st-century project is the brainchild of the creators of the already completed Dock project, which has annually won awards. Hagibor goes even further in the concept of a new residential environment. Here, too, residents will be able to enjoy tasteful architecture with an emphasis on privacy. But there is an attractive extra bonus – great landscape architecture, plenty of rest areas for sport and entertainment and, most importantly, clean air and fantastic views from the windows. A new boulevard with shops, cafés and restaurants will lead to the residences.
This complex will be a pleasant base for another part of Hagibor, which is to be filled with modern office buildings, the construction of which has just begun. They will boast world-class design, but most importantly, all companies and their employees will find flexible premises with high-quality lighting, acoustics and air circulation. There will be contactless access via mobile phone, cooling beams, openable windows, smart blinds and many other conveniences for a pleasant and especially stimulating work environment.
Sometimes the place you live in is more than just a roof over your head. It is a landscape where you wake up in the morning with a view of the treetops. A street where you know the names of your neighbours. A history that inspires you with every detail. Real-Treuhand – an Austrian-Czech developer with over 30 years of history – finds, shapes and develops exactly such places.
